Sensata Technologies B.V. to announce fourth quarter and fiscal year 2006 results on February 28, 2007

Sensata Technologies B.V. (the "Company") will release the financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2006 on Wednesday, February 28, 2007.
The Company will conduct a conference call on the Thursday, March 1, 2007 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Standard Time to discuss the results. Participating on the conference call will be Thomas Wroe, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer; Martha Sullivan, Chief Operating Officer; and Jeff Cote, Chief Financial Officer.
